We use an AI-assisted WhatsApp journey to help guide customers quickly and efficiently to the right insurance options.


What it does:

  • • Our system can hand you over to a human adviser at any point within our standard business hours of Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • • Once we have asked you the questions we need to determine a price, we will send you your quote, along with a unique online link, as payment cannot be taken within WhatsApp.

We’ll ask for a few details to help generate your quote, including your full name and title, date of birth, occupation, address, and any no claims discount you may have.

 

In some cases, we may need a little extra information to help us accurately identify your property and provide your price.

We’ve chosen WhatsApp for the initial quote journey because it offers end-to-end encryption, keeping your conversations private.

 

Once we’ve gathered your details, you’ll receive your price along with a unique secure link to continue your quote on our protected website.

It usually only takes a few minutes to get a price, then you can complete the rest of your quote online via the unique, secure link.

Once we have completed the basic questions, we will send you an indicative price. This price is guaranteed for 90 days.

This means it won’t change during that time unless you make any changes to your details that could affect the price of your policy.

Yes, many people prefer to pay monthly as it often fits with how households plan their budget.  

 

Please note however, paying monthly involves a premium finance (loan) arrangement, which means that if you choose this option, it will be more expensive than paying your premium up front in one lump sum.

Yes, you can still get a quote if you’ve made previous claims. However, you’ll need to declare any claims from the past nine years.

 

Keep in mind that a history of claims may increase your price or limit the cover options available to you.

Yes. Once you’ve progressed through your secure link, you can make changes in the “Your Quote” section. From there, you can add optional extras such as high-value belongings cover, bicycle cover, accidental damage, and home emergency cover, as well as adjust your total excess.
