How to switch?
If you already have a policy with us and are currently on paper documents, it’s easy to switch. In fact, you can do so at the click of a button! All you have to do is log in to the Customer Portal, and select ‘Switch now’. It’s as simple as that!

Log into the Customer Portal using your customer reference number and password
Find the 'Documents' section and select option to 'Switch now'
